The Site functions as a marketing and lead-coordination platform. All air medical transport services and the underlying medical and operational work are performed by our exclusive service partner Medical Air Service (Vendana GmbH), Engelsstr. 6, 42283 Wuppertal, Germany ("Vendana").

You provide information to us when you:

• Submit the contact or quote request form (name, email, phone number, transport details, message)
• Call the 24/7 phone number listed on the Site (the call is routed to Vendana's dispatch center; calls may be recorded by Vendana for quality and training purposes)
• Email us at info@airmedicaltransfer.com (these emails are forwarded to Vendana)

4. Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, screen size
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL
• Anonymous form-submission counters and conversion events (no submission content)

This information is used by JHP Solutions LLC for security, analytics, and advertising-performance measurement.

• Form submissions and phone inquiries are used by Vendana to respond to your request, provide a cost estimate, and coordinate transport services. Vendana's own privacy practices apply once your information reaches them.

• Service providers used by JHP Solutions LLC — for hosting (Cloudflare), analytics (Google), advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads), email forwarding, and anti-spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). These providers process data only on our behalf for the stated purposes.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect our or others' rights.

8. Your U.S. Privacy Rights

JHP Solutions LLC does not retain the content of form submissions; only anonymous, aggregated metrics are kept (typically up to 26 months, in line with standard analytics retention). Vendana's retention practices for inquiry content are governed by Vendana's own privacy policy.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
